A well-established North Atlanta law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support its Medical Malpractice Defense practice. This is a confidential search for a long-term addition to a collaborative legal team.
Qualifications:
3+ years of medical malpractice defense experience strongly preferred
Defense-side experience required
Demonstrated job stability and strong tenure in prior roles
Practical, hands-on experience is valued over a paralegal certificate
Strong litigation support skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex cases
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all phases of medical malpractice defense litigation
Manage case files, discovery, medical records, and trial preparation
Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
Maintain accurate deadlines and case documentation
Compensation:
