Freight Broker /Domestic & International – High-Growth Opportunity | Remote

With a network of 300+ district offices and agents, this organization is built to support high-performing brokers with the tools, reach, and operational backing needed to succeed at a high level.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow your book of business across domestic and international freight
• Coordinate multimodal shipments including:
• Air freight (domestic & international)
• Expedited surface transportation
• Ground, LTL, FTL, and specialized solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers
• Negotiate rates and ensure profitable, efficient movement of freight
• Deliver tailored logistics solutions based on client-specific needs

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Freight Broker (REQUIRED)
• Strong background in domestic and international shipping
• Demonstrated success in revenue generation and margin growth
• Existing book of business preferred
• Ability to operate independently in a remote environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Candidates MUST include production numbers (revenue, margin, loads per month/year, etc.) to be considered.

What’s Offered

• Base Salary: $50,000 – $90,000 (DOE)
• Aggressive, commission structure
