Job Overview:

A well-established community bank in Florida is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of its retail locations. The Branch Manager will oversee all daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, drive business development, and lead a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines
  • Develop and implement branch growth strategies aligned with overall bank goals
  • Set and meet sales goals related to deposit growth, loan referrals, and customer retention
  • Lead, mentor, and support branch staff to foster a strong team culture
  • Participate in local community events and networking to increase branch visibility and business opportunities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning
  • Handle performance management, including evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service and operational excellence

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in retail or branch banking, including supervisory responsibilities
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed branch goals
  • Knowledge of bank operations, consumer banking products, and compliance standards
