Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal
Location: Houston, TX
Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 Base Salary + Bonus (DOE)
Experience: Preferred 5+ Years
About the Opportunity A well-established Houston plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong litigation background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-volume caseloads from intake through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and trial exhibits.
Manage case files and deadlines for multiple personal injury matters.
Coordinate with attorneys, clients, experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel.
Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including witness coordination.
Review, organize, and summarize medical records and other case evidence.
File documents electronically in state and federal courts.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of Texas civil litigation procedures and court rules.
Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage high-volume docket with minimal supervision.
Compensation & Benefits
$70,000 – $90,000 base salary, depending on experience.
