Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal
Location: Houston, TX
Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000 Base Salary + Bonus (DOE)
Experience: Preferred 5+ Years

About the Opportunity A well-established Houston plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong litigation background, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-volume caseloads from intake through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and trial exhibits.

  • Manage case files and deadlines for multiple personal injury matters.

  • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel.

  • Assist with deposition and trial preparation, including witness coordination.

  • Review, organize, and summarize medical records and other case evidence.

  • File documents electronically in state and federal courts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of plaintiff personal injury experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Texas civil litigation procedures and court rules.

  • Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to manage high-volume docket with minimal supervision.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $70,000 – $90,000 base salary, depending on experience.
