Position Overview: As the Service Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the highest level of service excellence in maintaining and repairing heavy equipment. Your leadership will be instrumental in optimizing team performance, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the service department.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of skilled technicians.
• Develop and implement service procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
• Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Service Manager in the heavy equipment industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
