Steel Detailer – Structural Steel A growing steel fabrication company is looking for a Steel Detailer with at least 3 years of experience working with structural steel or stairs and railings.
Job Responsibilities:
Produce shop and erection drawings for structural steel and miscellaneous metals
Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
Coordinate with project managers and fabricators to resolve design issues
Revise drawings based on redlines or field changes
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in steel detailing
Experience with structural steel or stairs/railings is required
Proficient in AutoCAD, Tekla, SDS/2, or similar software (Tekla is preferred)
Strong attention to detail and understanding of steel fabrication practices
The salary is $85-105k DOE
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., without current or future requirements for sponsorship of an employment-based visa status.
