One of the nation’s leading private healthcare providers is seeking an experienced Owner’s Representative / Project Manager to join their team and oversee construction efforts in Las Vegas and California. This is a rare and highly exclusive opportunity — the first of its kind with this company in over two years.

The company is a well-established developer/operator in the healthcare space, with an exceptional national reputation and a long-standing relationship with our firm (since 2004). This role offers unmatched flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to play a strategic leadership role in complex medical facility construction.

Position Summary:

The Owner’s Rep / Project Manager will represent ownership throughout the entire construction process — from contractor selection to project completion. This role is remote/home-office based with flexible travel (up to 50%), primarily to sites in Nevada and California.

This position requires strong healthcare construction experience, deep understanding of medical facility requirements, and the ability to work independently in a high-trust environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the owner's interests across all phases of project execution
  • Guide contractor selection and manage the bid/RFP process
  • Oversee construction budgets, timelines, and quality control
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor progress on-site and provide clear reporting to leadership
  • Lead issue resolution and change management during construction
  • Maintain strict alignment with healthcare regulations and building standards

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare construction project management
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contractors from preconstruction to closeout
  • Strong understanding of the unique workflows and compliance needs in medical facilities
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and able to work independently with limited oversight
  • Would consider a Superintendent with strong social skills, modern construction practices and technical abilities including but not limited to construction software
