About the Opportunity:
A respected and growing law firm is seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney with at least 3 years of relevant experience to join its dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling a wide range of complex defense matters and be ready to hit the ground running with a diverse caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of litigation from inception through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation.
Represent clients in matters involving general liability, auto accidents, commercial liability claims, employment litigation, and construction-related disputes.
Handle cases involving environmental and toxic torts, professional and product liability claims.
Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators, paralegals, and support staff.
Maintain excellent client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in California (in good standing)
Minimum of 3 years of insurance defense litigation experience
Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously
Trial or arbitration experience a plus
