💼 Positions Available:

• 1099 Independent Freight Agents – Keep a large cut of what you earn. Work when and how you want. Build your empire.
• W-2 Freight Brokers – Generous base salaries + aggressive commission structures. Healthcare and full benefits available.

💸 Compensation Highlights:

• Up to 70% commission (1099) depending on volume and experience
• Base salaries starting at $60K–$135K with tiered commission plans
• Uncapped earnings – we want you to grow, and we won’t limit your success
• Bonuses for high-volume lanes, strategic customers, and specialized markets

🚀 Who We're Looking For:

Experienced freight brokers/agents (3+ years preferred)

• You know how to close freight deals, build relationships, and thrive under pressure
• Bonus points if you specialize in high-margin lanes (reefer, flatbed, oversized, etc.)
