You’ll start by learning our equipment as part of the assembly team, then travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and support packaging machinery. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and test machinery in-house following standardized processes.
- Travel to customer facilities to measure, install, evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
- Partner with on-site technicians and engineers to ensure smooth operations and provide training.
- Document field activities, adjustments, and customer requests accurately.
- Collaborate with engineers to improve designs and resolve issues.
- Represent our mantra of “Support Built In”—delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read assembly prints.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in manufacturing environments and following sanitation standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience assembling mechanical machines and components.
- College coursework or degree in a technical field.
- Familiarity with tech tools (computers, smartphones, video calls, WebEx)
