About the Role

We’re seeking a Field Service Tech who thrives on hands-on work and customer interaction. You’ll start by learning our equipment as part of the assembly team, then travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, and support packaging machinery. Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test machinery in-house following standardized processes.
  • Travel to customer facilities to measure, install, evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment.
  • Partner with on-site technicians and engineers to ensure smooth operations and provide training.
  • Document field activities, adjustments, and customer requests accurately.
  • Collaborate with engineers to improve designs and resolve issues.
  • Represent our mantra of “Support Built In”—delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read assembly prints.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in manufacturing environments and following sanitation standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience assembling mechanical machines and components.
  • College coursework or degree in a technical field.
  • Familiarity with tech tools (computers, smartphones, video calls, WebEx)
