Job Title: Concrete Superintendent

Location: Wilmington, OH

Job Summary

Currently seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to manage and supervise concrete operations on commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial concrete work, including foundations, slabs, walls, and structural concrete.


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all concrete construction activities on-site

  • Manage crews to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance

  • Interpret and enforce project plans, specifications, and contracts

  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies

  • Track materials, labor, and progress daily

  • Provide on-site problem solving and quality control

  • Maintain daily reports and communicate with the office team


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of concrete construction experience, including supervisory roles

  • Strong knowledge of commercial concrete construction techniques and equipment

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

  • OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willing to obtain)

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
