One of my top clients is seeking a passionate and outgoing Attorney to join our growing team in Alabama. They are a client-focused firm dedicated to providing compassionate and effective legal representation in all aspects of law. Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in divorce, custody, child support, and related family law matters.
  • Defend clients in petty crime and other various criminal cases.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
  • Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Negotiate settlements and resolve disputes effectively.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in related legal areas.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member or pending admission with the Alabama State Bar Association.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience, experience or desire to learn family law
  • Proven ability to handle cases from start to finish, including courtroom litigation.
  • Strong understanding of Washington family law statutes and procedures.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional legal research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to client representation.  
  • Technological proficiency.
