About the Opportunity:
A highly respected commercial litigation firm is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join its Houston office. The team handles complex matters across insurance defense, construction law, and business litigation. The role includes:
Full-time, in-office schedule (hybrid possible after onboarding)
Competitive base salary and performance-based bonuses

Salary: $120K-$200K, DOE, book of business (not required), and billable hour goals set by attorney
Role Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in Texas
2–10+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation
Construction litigation experience preferred
Strong writing, case management, and communication skills
Desire to work in a collaborative, business-minded litigation group
