A respected Houston-based energy boutique is hiring a Title Opinion Attorney. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for Oklahoma-based attorneys seeking autonomy, high-level title work, and a flexible billing structure. While the firm does not maintain a physical Oklahoma City office, several attorneys currently work remotely from the state. This firm provides a positive and laid-back environment with managing partners who are truly kind and responsive. Substantial opportunities for upward mobility and streamlined partner status. No Texas Bar License required.

Fully remote – several attorneys already based in Oklahoma
Set your own billable target and schedule
Salary adjusted to experience and billing preference
Bonus eligibility for surpassing billable goal
Key Responsibilities:
Draft drilling, division order, and acquisition title opinions
Analyze land records, mineral rights, and ownership chains
Research-intensive work focused on Texas and other producing states
Optional opportunity to manage attorneys (hourly rate applies)
Compensation & Benefits:

15% origination credit (gross)
Automatic 3% employer 401(k) contribution
Blue Cross PPO plan
Paid hourly for managing other attorneys
Bonus opportunities above billing target
