Job Description

CNC Programmer – Siemens NX

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with strong experience in 3, 4, and 5-axis milling to join our growing precision manufacturing team. This role focuses on developing efficient, high-quality programs using Siemens NX for a variety of complex components across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret technical drawings, specs, and models to develop CNC programs

  • Create and optimize toolpaths for multi-axis milling operations

  • Select tools, feeds, and speeds based on material and machine capabilities

  • Design fixturing and document set-ups, tooling, and process steps

  • Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and vendors to improve productivity and quality

  • Maintain program documentation and stay current with CAD/CAM best practices

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in a manufacturing environment

  • 5+ years programming 3-axis mills using Siemens NX (4/5-axis preferred)

  • Experience with GD&T and ISO or AS9100 quality standards

  • Familiarity with MRP systems; lathe programming, AutoCAD, or Mastercam experience a plus
