Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, including trials, hearings, and depositions
Conduct legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery
Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel to develop case strategies
Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients regarding their rights and options
Manage multiple cases and deadlines with efficiency and precision
Strong command of California civil litigation rules and procedures
Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop strategic legal solutions
Exceptional time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Proficient with legal research tools and litigation technology
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active and in-good-standing California Bar license
2–5 years of civil litigation experience
Proven record of favorable case outcomes
Self-motivated and collaborative team player
