Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, including trials, hearings, and depositions

  • Conduct legal research and draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery

  • Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel to develop case strategies

  • Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients regarding their rights and options

  • Manage multiple cases and deadlines with efficiency and precision


Essential Skills:

  • Strong command of California civil litigation rules and procedures

  • Excellent written and verbal advocacy skills

  • Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop strategic legal solutions

  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient with legal research tools and litigation technology


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

  • Active and in-good-standing California Bar license

  • 2–5 years of civil litigation experience

  • Proven record of favorable case outcomes

  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player
