Direct and manage architectural projects from early concept to construction administration
Serve as a strategic leader and department mentor, involved in hiring, staff development, and team culture
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to drive success across multiple projects
Guide project planning, timelines, budget tracking, and resource allocation
Champion firm values through community and civic engagement
Present to clients, lead design meetings, and help secure new project work through strong relationships and proposals
Support the evolution of studio operations and help grow the Milwaukee presence
15+ years of professional architecture experience with a focus on leadership and complex project delivery
Architectural license required
Demonstrated experience managing teams, client relationships, and multi-phase projects
Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Proven ability to build strong teams, develop junior staff, and foster design excellence
A passion for thoughtful, community-focused architecture
