Position: Corporate Real Estate Attorney (transactional)

Work Type: Fulltime/In-office

Job Description: Corporate Real Estate Attorney to assist with all aspects of real estate transactions including without limitation drafting purchase agreements, leases, deeds, amendments and other agreements; assisting with zoning and land use planning efforts; and performing title and survey review and general research.  

Qualifications include:

• 4+ years of transactional real estate experience, preferably in a law firm setting.
• Strong research and writing skills
• Must be admitted to the practice of law in the state of Ohio
