gpac is currently working with a top-tier firm looking for a Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join their prestigious Personal Injury team! This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is ready to take the next step in their legal support career.
🔍 What You’ll Do:
Client Intake (PI): Speak with potential clients to evaluate new cases and coordinate next steps with attorneys (not a full-time phone role).
Support Pre-suit Process: Assist the Assistant Claims Manager in handling pre-suit PI claims.
Records Management: Request, track, and organize medical records for ongoing cases.
Legal & Office Support: Assist attorneys with file preparation, client follow-up, and general office tasks.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in a Personal Injury legal assistant or paralegal role
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
A proactive, reliable team player who’s comfortable working closely with attorneys and clients
