Civil Litigation Attorney | Orlando, FL (In-Office)

A growing and well-regarded Orlando-based firm is seeking a 1–3 year Associate Attorney to join its civil litigation practice, with a focus on landlord-tenant matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior attorney who is eager to gain hands-on experience, develop courtroom skills, and grow within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage landlord-tenant matters from inception through resolution, including evictions, lease disputes, and related civil litigation
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; assist with case strategy and file management
  • Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances with increasing independence
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Support senior attorneys on more complex litigation matters as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of civil litigation experience (landlord-tenant experience is a plus
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow within the practice
  • Interest in developing courtroom and litigation skills
  • Strong writing, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Comfortable working in an in-office, team-driven environment
