A reputable and long-standing defense firm in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with a strong background in insurance defense to join their growing team. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in California.
We are looking for a dedicated legal professional who values compassion, client advocacy, and a commitment to excellence. The right attorney will maintain strong, long-term client relationships and embody the firm’s core values.
3+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably with a focus on insurance defense, including:
General Liability
Auto
Commercial
Employment
Construction Defects
Toxic Torts (asbestos defense a plus)
Professional Liability
Product Liability
Trial experience is a plus but not required
Must be licensed to practice in California
Strong academic background
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
High degree of professionalism and ability to handle multiple priorities
Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage a litigation caseload effectively
