Plaintiff Employment Attorney Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated plaintiff employment attorney to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to advocate for employees in complex workplace disputes, including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases. Class action experience is preferred but not required.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent plaintiffs in employment law matters, including individual and class action cases.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses for state and federal courts.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
  • Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, and argue motions.
  • Collaborate with clients and legal teams to develop and pursue cases.
  • Stay current on federal and California employment laws and regulations.

 Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
  • 2+ years of employment litigation experience.
  • Class action experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
  • Must reside in California.
