Lead a 15,000-Acre High-Tech No-Till Farm – Farm Operations Manager Opportunity

Gpac is currently partnering with a third-generation, 100% no-till farming operation in Northwest Kansas to find an experienced and hands-on Farm Operations Manager. This 15,000-acre farm produces wheat, milo, corn, and pinto beans, and is looking for a leader to help drive day-to-day operations while utilizing cutting-edge agricultural technology.

Position Highlights:

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and guiding farm crews, including seasonal H-2A workers
  • Managing logistics, equipment maintenance, planting, harvest, and grain storage
  • Handling input purchasing and coordinating crop sales
  • Implementing and troubleshooting farm technology systems

What’s Offered:

  • $75,000–$90,000 base salary + bonus potential
  • Total comp package value of $100,000–$120,000 depending on experience
  • Free housing and basic utilities
  • 100% employer-paid health insurance
  • PTO and a Monday–Friday schedule during the off-season
