Workers’ Compensation Attorney – Chattanooga, Tennessee
Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 (depending on experience)

A respected and well-established law firm in Chattanooga, TN is seeking an Entry-Level Litigation Attorney to join its Workers’ Compensation practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney eager to develop strong litigation skills and grow within a reputable firm that values mentorship, collaboration, and professional development.

Position Overview:
• Assist in handling Workers’ Compensation cases from initial investigation through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and client meetings under the guidance of senior attorneys.
• Manage caseload efficiently while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and client service.

Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Alabama Bar license in good standing (or pending admission).
1–2 years of litigation experience, preferably in Workers’ Compensation or related areas.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and time management abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute within a fast-paced team environment.
