Litigation Associate Attorney
Location: Roseville or Irvine, CA (Hybrid)
Compensation: $130,000 – $190,000 per year (depending on experience) + Bonus

A fast-growing, highly respected civil litigation and business law firm with a strong multi-state presence is hiring a Litigation Associate Attorney in either Roseville or Irvine, CA. What You’ll Do:
Manage a civil litigation caseload independently while working closely with partners.
Focus on construction defect, real estate disputes, business litigation, and developer representation.
Draft substantive pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and comprehensive discovery.
Take and defend depositions involving key witnesses, experts, and named parties.
Represent clients directly in court appearances, hearings, and mediations.
Build strong client relationships and sharpen your independent legal strategy.
Qualifications & Requirements
Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California is required.
Proven experience managing discovery, taking/defending depositions, and motion practice.
Construction defect, real estate, and/or business litigation experience is strongly preferred.
Superior legal writing, analytical thinking, and research capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation & Benefits Package
$130,000 to $190,000 base salary, commensurate with experience.
Bonus available for billable hours achieved above the standard target (Target: 1,800 billable hours per year / ~150 hours per month).
Additional discretionary bonus opportunities based on firm and individual performance.
