Labor and Employment Attorney in Altoona

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney with 4-8 years of experience in areas such as labor & employment, commercial litigation, higher education & Title IX, or class actions. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills, and a proven track record in courtroom experience, depositions, and legal research. Experience conducting internal investigations is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in litigation across county, state, and federal courts.
• Participate in depositions, oral arguments, and other courtroom proceedings.
• Manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
• Draft legal documents and conduct legal research.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of litigation experience in relevant areas.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with depositions, oral arguments, and civil procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks.
