You’ll be estimating across a mix of:
• Site development and large-scale grading
• Utility installation and infrastructure work
• Roadway and access improvements
• Private development and public-funded projects
• Lead estimates from early review through final submission
• Break down drawings into actionable scopes and quantities
• Engage subs and vendors to build complete, competitive bids
• Evaluate risk, gaps, and constructability before numbers are finalized
• Contribute to how projects are approached—not just how they’re priced
• True estimating role—no expectation to step into project management
• Design-build and negotiated work environment
• Focus on targeted pursuits rather than high-volume bid churn
• Lean team where your input carries weight

• 5+ years estimating heavy civil or site development work
