Mechanical Project Manager

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC and Plumbing Project Management experience

• Proven leadership and team management abilities

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and internal teams

• Excellent communication, mentoring, and coaching skills

• Demonstrated experience with project budgeting and cost control

• Ability to proactively identify and resolve team or project challenges

• Highly organized with strong prioritization and time-management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines with accuracy
