HVAC / Plumbing Project Manager
Location: California

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality execution, schedule adherence, and budget performance. Project portfolios include higher education, government, healthcare, industrial, and commercial construction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC and/or Plumbing Project Management experience

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams

• Excellent interpersonal skills with clients, vendors, and internal staff

• Effective communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities

• Proven experience with project budgeting and cost control

• Ability to proactively resolve project and team-related challenges

• Highly organized with strong prioritization skills

• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines accurately

• Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without restrictions?
