We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the field operations for high-end custom home projects ranging from $1M–$10M. This Superintendent will oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest level of craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day field operations on luxury custom home projects
Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
Ensure quality control and adherence to high-end finish standards
Maintain jobsite safety and compliance
Utilize construction technology/software to track progress and updates
Collaborate with Project Managers, architects, and homeowners
Identify and proactively resolve field issues
Qualifications
10+ years of residential construction experience, with a focus on luxury custom homes ($1M–$10M)
Proven experience as a Superintendent on high-end builds
Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and best practices
Tech-savvy with experience using construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
