Civil Litigation Paralegal | Tulsa
A growing law firm with offices in Tulsa and Oklahoma City is seeking a Civil Litigation Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience. You’ll work directly with attorneys on cases from intake through resolution, with substantial responsibility for discovery, deadlines, client communication, and case preparation.
The team handles business and commercial litigation, real estate and construction disputes, contract disputes, and contested probate and estate matters.
What you’ll do
- Manage case files, court calendars, discovery deadlines, hearings, and mediations.
- Draft discovery requests and responses, correspondence, notices, and other litigation documents.
- Communicate with clients and coordinate with courts, opposing counsel, experts, and vendors.
- Gather and organize evidence; prepare timelines, case summaries, and exhibits.
- Help attorneys prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, settlement conferences, and trial.
What we’re looking for
- At least 3 years of civil litigation paralegal experience.
- Experience with discovery, litigation procedures, calendaring, and deadline management.
- Strong writing, proofreading, organization, and client communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple active matters and work closely with attorneys.
- Experience in commercial litigation, real estate disputes, construction litigation, or contested probate is a plus.
