Represent clients in civil litigation matters, including hearings, depositions, and trials
Conduct legal research and prepare clear, well-supported legal arguments
Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
Work with clients, opposing counsel, and witnesses to gather information and develop case strategy
Provide practical legal advice and guidance to clients
Solid understanding of civil litigation procedures
Ability to assess complex legal issues and develop effective strategies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable organizational and time-management skills
Proficiency with legal research tools and technology
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active California Bar license
2–5 years of civil litigation experience
Proven ability to manage cases and meet deadlines
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
