Associate (3+ Years) | Junior Partner |

Firm Location: Irvine, CA (Fully Remote – California Residents Only)

A highly respected and growing law firm is seeking an Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney to join its Irvine-based team. This opportunity is open to mid-level associates (3+ years) as well as senior attorneys at the junior partner or partner level.

Responsibilities

• Handle insurance coverage litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Analyze complex coverage issues and policy interpretation

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and coverage opinions

• Take and defend depositions; participate in mediations and hearings

• Collaborate with partners and clients on strategy and case management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance coverage and/or complex litigation experience

• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar

• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Senior candidates: prior leadership, client management, or business development experience is a plus
