• Manage corporate and commercial transactions, including commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, real estate leases and other business initiatives
• Manage and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and international laws, regulations
• Oversee the delivery of legal services and resources to accomplish organizational goals, strategies, and priorities
• Experience in securities
