🛠️ Maintenance Supervisor

gpac is partnered with a well-established, rapidly growing food manufacturing company in the meat processing industry that is adding to its maintenance leadership team. Due to continued growth, the company is expanding from two Maintenance Supervisors to three and is seeking a strong hands-on leader to step in and make an immediate impact.

This is a key leadership role supporting plant reliability, equipment uptime, and preventive maintenance execution in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in a food manufacturing facility

  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance across processing and packaging equipment

  • Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

  • Coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize downtime

  • Assist with scheduling, work orders, parts usage, and continuous improvement efforts

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, safety, and plant standards

What They’re Looking For:

  • Maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in food or meat processing (strongly preferred)

  • Solid hands-on background with industrial equipment

  • Ability to lead from the floor and support technicians as needed

  • Flexibility to support both day and night shifts as the operation requires

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Compensation & Details:

  • Salary range: $75,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)

  • Stable operation with strong recent growth
