A well-established solo practitioner is seeking to re-expand the team with an experienced Associate Attorney to handle a steady caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters. This is an excellent opportunity to gain meaningful trial experience in a supportive, tight-knit environment.
About the Role
Manage a caseload of approximately 30 cases
95% auto claims (mix of fender-benders and mid-value cases) and 5% high-value, multi-million-dollar PI cases across various practice areas
First-chair smaller claims and second-chair complex, high-value litigation
Work closely with a kind and approachable Partner and long-term support staff
Flexibility: one WFH day per week after becoming established (more possible with tenure)
Qualifications
4–10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience preferred
Strong litigation and case management skills
Desire to work closely with clients and team members in a collaborative environment
