Gpac is partnered with a plumbing contractor that is looking to hire a Plumbing Dispatcher to their team!
The Plumbing Dispatcher maintains the plumbing technician schedules and dispatches them to service calls throughout the area.
What to expect in this role...
-Maintain on-call schedule for service technicians and after-hours service procedures
-Enter service calls, schedule calls, and generates call debriefing with technicians daily
-Maintain customer database, ensuring complete, accurate, and updated entry of information
-Respond to customer inquiries regarding company schedule and requested lead times, equipment service, and service invoicing, and general inquiries
-Follow up and schedules preventative maintenance service appointments
-Review completed service work orders for accuracy
-Prepare invoices and timecards for processing
-Effectively manage conflict resolution with clients through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently.
Required Knowledge, skills and abilities:
-Minimum two years of experience in related industry dispatch and coordination
-Advanced communication and customer service skills
-Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel
Compensation: Pay up to $80,000 (depending on experience)
