A respected and growing general contracting firm in the Raleigh, NC area is seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead and oversee commercial construction projects, with an emphasis on K–12 schools and institutional builds.

Responsibilities
Lead daily operations across multiple commercial and institutional projects
Manage crews, subcontractors, vendors, and jobsite activities
Ensure safety, schedule adherence, and budget performance from start to finish
Coordinate with project management, architects, inspectors, and owners
Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and daily documentation
Mentor field teams and foster a culture of accountability and excellence
Ideal Candidate
Proven Superintendent experience in commercial construction
K–12 or institutional project experience is a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality
Builds strong relationships with crews, subs, and project partners
