Qualifications/Duties:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience
• PLP
• AICP certification
• Research and analyze public policies, regulations, and legal issues related to land use
• Develop long-range land use plans and recommend policies and procedures for current and future developments
• Conduct environmental impact studies and assess the feasibility of proposed projects
• Prepare and present detailed site plans, drawings, and reports for approval by planning authorities
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, developers, and public officials to outline project plans and address community concerns
• Review and evaluate development proposals to ensure compliance with codes, ordinances, and regulations
• Organize and attend public meetings, hearings, and workshops to engage with community members and stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
