Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, budgeting, and supervising construction projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including pre-construction planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and on-site execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets; monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project plans.
- Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Resolve conflicts, delays, and other issues to keep projects on track.
- Oversee procurement of materials, labor, and equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal building codes and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record managing commercial or residential construction projects from start to finish.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
