Preconstruction Manager – Commercial Construction
We’re looking for a Preconstruction Manager with experience across diverse commercial projects including hospitality, schools, churches, senior living, and industrial.
What You’ll Do:
Lead preconstruction efforts: budgeting, scheduling, estimating, and subcontractor coordination
Work closely with owners, design teams, and project managers to ensure a smooth handoff
Evaluate drawings and specs for accuracy, constructability, and cost efficiency
What You Bring:
5+ years of preconstruction experience in commercial construction
Solid background in cost estimating, takeoffs, and value engineering
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Familiarity with preconstruction software and tools
