A respected plaintiff-side personal injury firm in Tampa is looking to add a driven attorney to its growing litigation team. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity for an attorney with 1–10 years of personal injury experience who’s ready to take on an active caseload and grow within a supportive and well-regarded firm.
The firm is known for its strong referral base, client-centered approach, and consistent courtroom success.
What you’ll do:
Manage a docket of personal injury cases from intake through resolution
Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, and court hearings
Analyze medical records and collaborate with experts
Negotiate settlements and prepare cases for trial
Communicate directly with clients throughout the process
What we’re looking for:
J.D. from an accredited law school
1–10 years of plaintiff personal injury experience
Courtroom confidence and a passion for trial work
Strong writing, negotiation, and litigation skills
Client-focused and team-oriented approach
