Dermatologist (MD/DO) – Medical & Cosmetic Dermatology

📍 New Braunfels & Schertz, TX

We are partnering with a high-growth, physician-led dermatology group seeking a Board-Certified/Eligible Dermatologist (MD/DO) to join a thriving, high-volume practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into a fully booked clinic from day one with strong support and significant earning potential.

Clinical Scope

• Medical dermatology + extensive cosmetic offerings
• Advanced technologies and ancillary services available

Position Highlights

• High-volume clinic with broad pathology exposure
• Flexible 3–5 day schedule (including weekends optional)
• Customize your appointment template and patient mix
• Guaranteed full patient load Day 1
• 2–3 dedicated Medical Assistants
• No call responsibilities
• Modern EMR: EMA (Modernizing Medicine)
• iPad and phone provided

Compensation Model

• Year 1 guarantee: $20K–$30K/month (based on schedule/volume)
• 40% of collections, increasing to:
• 45% above $750K
• 50% above $1M
• 5% of collections from supervised midlevels (optional)
• $125 per visit for clinical research participation
