Manage all phases of electrical construction projects (planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution).
Serve as the main point of contact for general contractors, owners, and internal teams.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, specs, and contracts.
Monitor labor, materials, and subcontractor performance.
Prepare submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
Coordinate field teams to ensure timely and safe execution of work.
Proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid delays or budget overruns.
3+ years of experience managing commercial electrical projects.
Strong understanding of NEC, local codes, and construction documents.
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Journeyman or Master Electrician license is a plus, but not required.
