Litigation Paralegal – 3+ Years’ Experience | Full-Time | Competitive Salary & Benefits

About the Opportunity: A highly regarded litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal (3+ years) to join its dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys playing an integral role in case preparation and trial support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys with case management from inception through trial and appeal.
  • Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, discovery requests/responses, subpoenas, and other legal documents.
  • Manage discovery, including document review, production, and e-discovery platforms.
  • Organize case files, maintain litigation calendars, and track deadlines.
  • Conduct legal and factual research to support case strategy.
  • Prepare deposition summaries, exhibits, witness binders, and trial notebooks.
  • Provide hands-on support during depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience (insurance defense, commercial litigation, or complex civil litigation experience a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of court rules and e-filing procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with litigation support software (e.g., Relativity, TrialDirector, CaseMap, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; team player with a proactive mindset.
