Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and file documents in both Federal and State Courts
  • Communicate effectively with court clerks, clients, attorneys, and vendors
  • Draft and organize pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
  • Manage case files and assist with trial preparation
  • Ensure all deadlines and filing requirements are met
  • Maintain client confidentiality and deliver excellent service

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of paralegal experience (exceptional candidates with 3+ years will be considered)
  • Experience with Federal and State Court filings required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional demeanor and client-centered approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 (based on experience)
