GPAC has partnered with a well-regarded New Jersey firm that is looking to bring on an experienced Associate Attorney to support its Commercial Litigation practice.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Handling substantive research and writing on active commercial litigation matters
Drafting complaints, motions, briefs, and other core litigation documents
Assisting with all stages of trial preparation, including discovery and witness prep
Appearing in court for hearings, depositions, and related proceedings
Working closely with senior attorneys on strategy, case development, and client communication
What They’re Looking For:
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
Active New Jersey Bar license
At least 8 years of complex litigation experience
Strong writing, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage deadlines and maintain a high level of organization across multiple matters
