Awell-established contractor is looking to add an Asphalt Paving Superintendent to their team in Louisiana. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who knows how to lead crews, manage paving operations, and keep projects on schedule with high-quality results.
This role will oversee day-to-day field activities for asphalt paving projects, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and support smooth project delivery from start to finish. Prior experience with DOT, federal, or large-scale civil work is a plus and can be especially valuable in this role.
