Responsibilities:

As an Associate Endodontist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive endodontic treatment to our patients, including but not limited to:

• Performing root canal therapy on a variety of cases, from routine to complex.
• Diagnosing and treating dental pain and infections.
• Providing apexifications, apicoectomies, and other surgical endodontic procedures.
• Utilizing advanced imaging techniques (e.g., CBCT).
• Maintaining accurate and thorough patient records.
• Collaborating effectively with referring dentists and other specialists.
• Adhering to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
• Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program.
• Board eligibility or certification in Endodontics is preferred.
• Valid Nevada dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Excellent clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in utilizing dental software and technology.  

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a highly competitive compensation package with production-based pay ranging from 49% to 53% of your collections. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

• Company-sponsored health insurance.

• A $6,000 yearly stipend for continuing education, along with several no-cost opportunities provided internally.
• 401k with a generous 4% company match after one year of employment.
