As the Dairy Business Manager, you will be the driving force behind expanding our footprint in the Midwest dairy market. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will manage a small, dynamic sales team, develop strong, trusted relationships with dairy farmers, and craft targeted marketing and sales strategies to increase our market share.
This is a high-impact role offering a clear path to full oversight of all U.S. dairy operations for the right candidate who demonstrates leadership, strategic vision, and a deep commitment to the agriculture community.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a small sales team focused on the Midwest dairy market
Build and nurture direct relationships with dairy farmers to understand their needs and deliver value
Develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies to grow market presence
Collaborate cross-functionally with product development and supply chain teams
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
Report regularly on sales performance, forecasts, and business growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales experience within the dairy feed, nutrition, or related agricultural industry
Strong passion for farming, agriculture, and the dairy community
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Willingness to travel within the Midwest region
